Today I'm 36 weeks pregnant and its consider my last bits of pregnancy lah. Can say I've been through a lot of new experiences. From morning sickness, puking every time I had a meal, can't even smell this and that including perfumes.. I can only smell Vitamin E lotion. And that's what I've been wearing since I got pregnant til now.
I'd really like to explain why I haven't been updating my blog. This is one of my pregnancy syndrome where I'm having lack of interest in computer stuff, music, tv, handphone, newspaper and fashion! I felt so lazy, fatigue, so that's why I don't even bother to checkout my lappie. But what's obvious is that I tend to choose Pregnancy magazine over fashion mags. hehe. I have some tips for the new moms out there if any of you come cross this blog.
For your reference about pregnancy:
- ALWAYS get a refs from UK studies books/mags.
- I got lucky because I get a hand-me-down pregnancy guide book from my aunt. Buy if no one has it. I saw it at Times bookstore at Pavilion KL. The book is called 'Pregnancy guide from conception to birth' by Prof. Dr. Lesly Regan. By far the most accurate guidelines/practice from her.
- I know that UK magazines can cost more, but get smart, go to any mags store that still sells past years/months mags and their selling price is RM 5 per mags. And the info you can get there is priceless.
- Refs from the elderly/nenek/moyang/mak cik2.... as for me, I just take it like a pinch of salt :)
I'd rather not listen and I usually do my own research and reading, and DO NOT forget your ob/gyn. Always ask your ob/gyn, list down questions whatever you have in mind at every antenatal check ups.
For you/baby buying guide:
- Do not wear tight jeans in your early pregnancy, you may think you still fit your jeans since the baby bump does not show up until you're 3 or 4 months preg coz some women got miscarriage from it.
-Its never too early to shop for maternity clothes.
-Start wearing maternity bra from the early stage of pregnancy.
-for you baby, maybe you can start buying at the 4th months of pregnancy. OR... when you can see the baby's gender. For us, we found out the gender of our baby at 4 months. So we start our baby shopping rite away!
-shopping for your baby items every month, little by little according to your budget. DO NOT buy at one time bcoz that's where you will feel your cash flew away just like that.
-buy new cots/carseat/buggy. No second hand for those due to safety.
-if you have extra budget, buy good branded items bcoz you wanna keep all these items, and not just use it up til 3-6 months.
-look out for bargains/warehouse sale. And also shop during mega sale season. its the best!

-My personal fave : mothercare, pumpkin patch, adams kids, zarababy, babyGap
-Daddy's personal fave for shoes : Adidas, zarababy, Puma, babyGap, billabong, frog baby
-safe 'n' sound for your baby car seat.
-tommee tippee for feeding bottle/bottle sterilizer
-Madela for breast pump
-BUD'S baby organic bath time products
-IKEA for baby room deco/wardrobe
-Graco for play-pen
-Loft Ingnelsia for bouncer
-tinylove, lamaze, fisher's price for musical or educational toys (can get them at First Few Years @ the Curve PJ)
-MPH for baby books.
Attend antenatal/parent craft classes with your partner. It really helps.
Gateway:
-treat yourself for a holiday advisable at the end of first trimester or during your second trimester.
Afterall, we as parents always wants the best for our child.. by right, we are not buying just for one time use, we still have to think for our future production too ;0)
And a shout out to my girlfriends, I'm sorry I didn't get to hang out with you guys since I got pregnant, its hard for me to move around. huhuhu. But we will gather at the hospital rite??? hehe. Just wait for a call/text from my hubby saying that Tiesha's in labour! haha.

Kalau tak silap kira, today will be the 11th years since arwah atuk passed away.. I miss him dearly everyday and wish for him to be around to see his first cicit from his first cucu. Until now, though it has been 11 years, he still came to me into my dreams.
I know he will be upset to know what's going on with the family now, with his childrens and stuff, but I'm just glad that he's not around to see ho bad/sad things are now. So I heard those pretencious people will be doing his kenduri tomorrow at one of "anak bertuah" house, and ofcourse me and my family wont be attending just to avoid the
drama tahunan dan
drama minggu ini bak kata arwah atuk. It means today you salam2 and baik2 with one another, abis aje hari raya maki hamun one another balik. Same old, same old. I'm not ashamed to say this because I know the pretencious one will come cross this blog, and the pretencious one is freaking STALKING this blog. So read this out. However you guys buat kenduri pun, kalau hati/niat semua nak berkumpul untuk gossip, baik lupakan lah, atuk pun tak tenang nanti. And there's no need to say "nak sangat jumpa semua anak beranak kumpul macam dulu"..
(as if you will be gone tomorrow...)So what me and my family will do is e pray for atuk, sedekah apa yang patut, and its all depends on our niat in the end. tak perlu nak kenduri besar2.. Coz atuk knows who remember him the most and pray for him the most.

On the 6th of May, we went for our second appointment at Prince Court Hosp. And this time my lil sis Melly came along with us. All of us were anxious coz we are expecting to hear baby's heartbeat today for the first time.
After the normal urine, b.p and weight check up, we went in to see the doctor. There I sat, and she scanned. First thing i saw was a bumpy thingy on my baby. I knew already that it must be the heartbeat. Til the doctor put the sound on.. It was amazing. Heart's beating fast, but its normal. I felt like crying when looking at hubby's reaction to it. shock and happy. so does Mel, she put this "Uh-mazing" look on her face. haha. it was sweeet..
We both couldnt ask for more and be very thankful that the baby's doing fine and now the baby is pumping it's own blood now ;) Cant wait fpr the 12 weeks. That's where we can see head, hands, and legs are formed. Oh yea, I lost weight. which i found very funny coz when I was not pregnant, it was so hard for me to lose weight. but now in two moths of pregnancy, I've lost 4 kg. Now it sounds like im in the tv show 'The Biggest Loser' on Hallmark. HAHAHAHA.
Soon, we're planning for a kenduri kesyukuran. Hopefully soon.. Til next time! daaa.
